LAW ENFORCEMENT DIVISION

Welcome to the official website of the Morris County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) - Law Enforcement Division. This website was designed because many people are both thrilled and concerned about animal abuse, cruelty and the welfare of animals within Morris County. Thrilled because animals are a vital part of our lives. Concerned because where people and animals coexist, there are bound to be conflicts. When there are conflicts, people need solutions. In a community such as Morris County that is awakening to the need for environmental responsibility and appreciation for the diversity of life is demanding rational, realistic and harmonious solutions to conflicts with both domestic and wildlife animals. Solutions that keep animals alive, but solve the problem.
